The top question of the day from customers is "How can I extend my SideKick T-Mobile minutes?" All the CSRs coming to me complaining that the minutes are too restrictive and how are we going to reach the correct demographic. Now all we/they have to do is convince T-mobile that their customers want more minutes. On a positive note, the CSR opens a ticket each time a customer calls about not having enough minutes. |
