Vref must be the associated HIGH voltage for the JTAG or SWDEBUG signals. (Used by debug adapter level shifters)

If connector is shrouded, there must be a gap adjacent to pin 5.

If SWO is not available, a spare UART TX can be useful in its place.

Minimum connectivity required for programming and debug: pins 1-4.
